Start each day with a new record of your mood, generated at 0am. If you wish to turn it off, simply click the dropdown button of “New” in the “How do you feel today” section and turn off the repeat option.

Alternatively, use the "quick add" button on top of the dashboard to log your mood throughout the day. This feature allows you to gain insight into your emotional patterns and better understand your mental state.

Visual Mood Display

Gain a visual representation of your mood shifts over the last 30 days.

This visual display helps you identify trends and patterns, enabling you to make informed decisions about your mental well-being.

You can customize the emojis representing each mood by clicking on the hearts of the “Mood shift” section and modifying the formula.

Journaling

Find solace in the journaling feature, where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. This safe space encourages self-reflection and provides an outlet for personal growth and understanding.

Quote of the Day

Each time you refresh or open the dashboard, a random quote will be displayed in the “Quote of the Day” section. You can further personalize this experience by adding your own quotes to the Quote Database, ensuring that you receive words of wisdom that resonate with you.

Customizable Reminders

Tailor reminders to suit your needs and preferences. Whether you desire motivational quotes, affirmations, or important notes, these reminders serve as gentle nudges to keep you focused on your mental well-being.

Self-Care Tracker

Take charge of your self-care routine with this tracker.

The default setup offers six self-care activities, but you have the flexibility to customize them to align with your preferences.

Adjust the completion rate to match the number of activities you wish to track and hold yourself accountable for practicing self-care.
